Loving to learn, Carmen continues to enrol herself in courses to advance her knowledge and skill set. She has taken courses in Mulligan’s Concept, visceral manipulation through The Barral Institute and advanced athletic taping. She has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program from McMaster University and she frequently uses this treatment as an adjunct to manual therapy for many of her clients. Carmen’s treatment philosophy involves utilizing a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, strength training, athletic taping and education to help her clients achieve a quick recovery with optimal function. She enjoys working closely with her clients to develop individualized treatment programs to help them meet their personal goals of physical performance.
